Deposit & Cancellation Policy

DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Esdent Dental Centre, a deposit is required upon booking your treatment to facilitate scheduling appointments, arranging accommodations, and transfers. This deposit will be applied towards the cost of your treatment during your initial visit. We recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise, necessitating changes to your appointment. We strive to accommodate our patients’ needs and offer flexibility. Hence, if you cancel your treatment with more than 7 days’ notice, your deposit will be fully refunded.

However, in cases of late cancellations (less than 7 days’ notice), we reserve the right to retain your deposit. While this policy may seem stringent, late cancellations make it challenging for us to fill the appointment slot(s), resulting in missed opportunities to accommodate other patients. Consequently, despite not treating any patients, we incur expenses in paying our team and covering operational costs. Moreover, such delays inconvenience patients who are eagerly awaiting appointments.

In instances of late cancellations, we aim to consider individual circumstances sensitively.

Deposit and Cancellation Fee Structure:

  • Cancellations with more than 7 days’ notice: Full refund
  • Cancellations with between 3 and 7 days’ notice: £50 refund
  • Cancellations with less than 3 days’ notice: No Refund

Refunds:

The deposit refund will be processed within a maximum of 3 months from the date of cancellation notice. This timeframe accounts for international bank payout procedures and ensures that the refund reaches you in a timely manner despite potential delays associated with cross-border transactions.
